Located in the traditional mountain village of La Salle les Alpes (Serre-Chevalier 1400), 2km from the ski slopes, the chalet offers stunning views over the Serre-Chevalier valley and its surrounding peaks. Whatever the season, those views just draw you in.

Nestled alongside a little stream, the Wanaka Chalet offers elegant, luxurious accommodation combining tradition and modernity. The sunshine floods through the wide picture windows to create a warm, cosy atmosphere and the different living-spaces ensure that guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. The contemporary furniture beautifully sets off the magnificent larch timber-framed ceiling, the central feature of the chalet. The extensive private terraces, with no near neighbours, and the garden are ideal spots for relaxing under the blue skies of the southern Alps.

The chalet offers on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, living room and kitchen open to the open view of the mountains.

Upstairs a mezzanine with its home cinema, a double bedroom with shower, a second double bedroom, a room with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper floor a large bedroom with 2 single beds.

In the lower part (-1) you will find a double bedroom with superb views of the mountains and access to the garden with bath and double sink and an another double bedroom  opening onto a terrace and the garden, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, sink and sauna.

Weekly rental and possibility of course stays (4 night minimum) excluding french  school holidays.

In winter it’s recommended to be motorized to go to ski runs and have snow tires to reach the chalet.
